    Viewing history of a spouse

Problem when spouses both have separate constituent records. It appears as if the "history" for these spouses are different. That is, aside from gifts and memberships which can be sc'd/joined, prospect information, appeals, etc. only show up on one record. If one wishes to send a proposal (e.g.,) to a spouse and one creates a new spouse record then one does not know the whole history about that couple unless one looks at the other record. A lot of times, people forget to do this. Any suggestions on how to turn this all into "one stop viewing"? And if one adds in the company or foundation that the constitutent by be a part of then there are many places where one has to look.

Regarding the prospect/proposal aspect - as part of our procedures we code the spouse record with the exact same proposal information, except we only put in $1 for the ask amount and the status is <spouse>. I check the proposal periodically to make sure that all the codes are there. I wish I had more solutions for the other issues you have brought up.
