    Solicitor Acknowledgement Letters - HOW?

What is the easiest way to insure that each time a solicitor's "target" makes a donation, the solicitor gets a letter? My board members want to be kept abreast of their solictation efforts so that they can personally followup on all gifts we received due to their efforts. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We do acknowledgements daily and print a profile report for each person that made a gift that day who has an assigned volunteer solicitor. The profile has the solicitor name, gifts in the past 3 years, appeals the donor has replied to, etc. Our Major Gift Officer who works with the volunteer solicitors then mails these reports to them. I don't know if she includes a letter but I think they just get used to being sent these reports. We call it a Solicitor Notification Report (but it's really a profile report) Melissa S.
