When your organization records a planned gift from a previous capital campaign--say 15 years ago--and the gift matures in this fiscal year and in a different capital campaign calendar year, how do you record the gift? Do you apply it to the gift entry 15 years ago with that original date, or do you show it in the current FY? We have a situation where the original entry was for $50,000 in 1992 and the gift came in just short at $49,900. Thanks, Dale
