I am trying to concatenate two string fields using the formula of Attribute1 + " " + Attribute2 but I cannot get Crystal to perform the concatenation. I've tried using the & sign in place of the + but still no luck. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks, Dee

Dee, Try the formula =FieldName1&" "&FieldName2 The other thing that you can do is to create a blank field on the report and drag in each separate field into the newly created field. For example if you create a blank field and type in the word "Total" then a space, then drag your first field into the "box" add a space or comma or whatever you want between the fields, then drag your second field into the "box".
