    Globally add Reponse to Appeal

    Is there a way to globally change the reponse to an appeal without changing the response to other appeals the constituent has in their record?

    I'd do this through Import. Create an import file, change what needs to be changed, and import it. This works very nicely... I've also linked the resulting file with other files so I could decipher whose record is being edited. Contact me if you need help.
