We are a small rural hospital with a staff of one (me!). Anyway, we are planning a huge Gala with a silent auction, favors, etc. I was wondering if you might be able to give me some guidance or a written policy to use as a guideline for how to figure out ticket prices, what portion can be deducted, how to receive donated gifts for the auction, etc. I am sure some of them will be quite substantial. We do not have the event module so I will have to do everything manually. Can you also provide some assistance on how to best track this in RE? Any help would be appreciated. Hi, we are getting ready to have a Gala and I was wondering if there is any one willing to share with me their experience in setting up for a Gala? What kind of reports you used, Seating information, Sponsors, Guests. Etc. We do a golf tournament and have struggled our way through that, but thought if someone had already created the wheel why do it again. Any help would be great. Thank you for your time.
