I was curious if anyone out there is having a problem with importing credits from the RMS system into Student Billing. The issue is that it seems that all credits applied in the RMS system is ignored when importing to the Student Billing Database. I have a open case with Blackbaud to have this fixed, but the case has been open for two months. Apparently the SB software has to be rewritten to accomidate the RMS import function. So I am just curious if anyone else is having this issue, because it seems like a fairly big problem that would affect alot of people... Thanks..
