I hope someone can help me. I am trying to print pledge reminders and they are printing too low. The data does not fall in the appropriate boxes. I looked in the knowledgebase. it tells me to download a new driver. I cannot seem to get the new driver installed properly and neither can my IT person. I have to get them sent out soon.
