    FE 7.40 Invalid ID or Password error.

    I am having problems logging into the sample database with users that are not administrators. What permissions need to be set to access FE without being an administrator. Can anyone help with debugging this issue? It is FE 7.40 version. If I change the user and make them administrator then that user can log in without any problems.
