    AARRRGGGHHH! My donation report doesn't balance. When a donation is added to the basket with a series renewal does it not show up in the payment methods (comprehensive) report? Anybody?? RPM

    I will try to help. I am still in the set up of PE/PEO process so I can test stuff. I just accepted a donation for $100 for one of my organizations. Then ran the report - it shows up. I then sold a series to a patron and added $100 donation. Then ran the report - it shows up. Now I am currently on the latest version of PE. Hope this helps.

    Are you doing memberhsip sales via PE/PEO. We're headed in that direction. I'm concerned about gift memberships - a little bit more information is needed on these sales, especially if they are renewals. Regina
