I am trying to get multiple students on one payee's statement for a rather large student billing database. In students I have the relationship tabs set up with the payee listed as such in the relationship tab; I have unchecked the 'send statement to this student' option in (I think) Bio 2, and on the payee record I have (in this case they're all parents) the parent checked as paying the bill, and also as head of household for the family. In mail, if I call up one of those parents (any for that matter) and then go to the students tab to see the related students, NOTHING shows. Before I call support, because this just doesn't seem right to me, I thought I'd toss it out here. thanks!

If you look at Bio 1 on the student record, it will show if the charges are assigned to a Student record or a payer record in the lower right hand corner. If your students are set up as Student Centric rather than Payer Centric you will not be able to set up combined billing statements. We are now setting up all new students as Payer Centric, but have about 100 Student Centric accounts. I am in the process of closing out the Student Centric accounts and setting up new Payer Centric accounts. The Payer Centric accounts have an assign charges to tab so you can set up separate bills for the same student and you get combined statements.
