    Is it possible to install Financial Edge 7 and not create a desktop icon during install? Don't want desktop icon installed automatically.

    I doubt that you can do that, since I don't remember there being an option to not have a desktop icon for FE before or during install. Most likely you will have to just right click on the icon and delete it. Good Luck.
