Now that I've identified the 500 records in which the Org Name is "Unknown" or some variant thereof, I want to uncheck the check box, "Print Org Name With Address." Is it possible to do it globally or in a batch? If so, how? And is it wise? Thank you. Susan Stoppelman Greater Hartford Legal Aid [Email Removed] www.ghla.org

Batch is not an option as that is only for entering new constituents as a whole.
Global change - I couldn't find the field in there to change - you may want to check with BB to see if I am right.
I think your best option is to use Import to export the addresses, change the value from yes to no then re-import them. Melissa S. Graves

Sorry - I don't know what I hit here, but I did not intend to post this twice?? You can change it globally in Globally Change Records/Constituent/Org-Bus Relationships - the field is called Print Org (scroll all the way to the bottom of the last field category). I would recommend this way rather than importing for ease. For ease, I would recommend this way rather than importing, especially if you've already got the query of records identified. You'll need to use a Relationship query to make the change. Tracie, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I'm having a problem implementing your advice. The Global Change routine you pointed me to requires a relationship query. I've not been able to create a relationship query that gets the group I need. Only by doing an individual query and requesting "organization relationship, address lines contain 'none' or 'unknown'" can I get the right group. What do you advise I do? Thanks again. Okay so it is not in the list of fields under organization in a relationship query. If anyone can figure out how to create a relationship query based on the "Org name" from the business address of an individual you get my kudos for the day. I tried to help Susan and I am stuck.
