    Can you tell me how you come up with the number of donors by primary constituency for any given time period?

    Try running under Reports\Demopgrahic and Statistical Reports\Statisical Report. The ouput will list the Gift Constituency Code, Number of Gifts given by each, total given, Average and percentage of total given. You just need to supply the date range for the report by either using a query with the records already selected or select all records and include gifts with a date range.
