Hey gang,

So in our conversion tests a couple million of these things got created. They are all defined as the "RE7 Conversion" type. How can I go about figuring a way to change all these, or do I even need them?

We just upgraded from 7.5 to 7.7 and had the same issue. We left any that were brought over this way as is but immediately went into Configuration->Tables and created a new Notepad type so users would have something other to use than "RE7 Conversion" or "E-mail". I believe you can also go into Configuration->Tables and select Action Notepad Type and then choose "Table Cleanup" and replace "RE7 Conversion" with another field. I'd be interested to hear what you end up doing.

Derrick, We are probably going to approach this the same way you did. As for creating new entries, we are goin to populate the Action Notepad type, and the Gift Notepad type tables with entries from Action Types, as well as entries gleaned from the sample database. After a full week of training we realized that the sample database has a lot of good stuff in it that we can use to actually clean up our table quite a bit. Hope that helps!
