I am currently working on our accounting and financial policies and procedures manual as well. I would be interested in any drafts or manuals that anyone may want to share. Thank you.

We have policies specific to our organization, such as how to fill out expense reports, check requests, invoice requests, etc. Since most of you are associations, non-profits, etc, you probably have a parent organization that already offers some sort of template or standards. For example, we are a Convention Bureau, and the International Association of Convention Bureaus offers template and recommendations on such things that we can have access to as a member. Check any organizations for your industry for such documents. However, as far as Financial Edge, we simply print out the User Guides, and add any details we need for how we have customized the software; which particular reports we run, etc.
