Our Foundation is going through some staffing changes. We thought it would be a good opportunity to look at our procedures and re-vamp them. I am trying to come up with a way so we can take our budgeted amount for a program, and then subtract disbursements we make, so at anytime, our President can look to see how much is available for a program. My lenghthy question is, what kind of programs do other Foundations use?
