We currently have a seperate drawer for each PE user. They are responsible for closing their drawer every day (running the final draft). We have run into some issues with drawers showing closed but not actually reporting the data when running the closed drawer report from administration. Support suggested as another cks and balances to start using the Close Day feature. I am interested in hearing other opions as well as suggestions.
