    Laser Check Stock

Greetings, I am working on implementing the Financial Edge and would like alternative sources for obtaining laser check stock that is proven to be compatible with FE. Any recommendations? Jeff Rahn Director of Operatations Lutheran Heritage Foundation [Email Removed]

I have used Deluxe. I'm not sure how the price compares with Blackbaud now, but Deluxe WAS cheaper than Blackbaud the last time I ordered. Greater Lafayette Community Foundation PO Box 225 Lafayette, IN 47902-0225

We use NEBS. We pay $200+ for 1000 checks. They worked really well with us back and forth getting everything aligned at first and now we just reorder.

Not to take away from the original posting, but I am wondering if anyone has had success in modifying the standard 7.x Double Stub Paper Checks (Blank Paper) check payment format or another format to suit their own needs. If so, how would you have gone about doing this? David Godzwa Database Manager--AGTS

We just received checks from Safeguard and they are fine except when we re-order they will have to lower the check number on the two stubs- the date prints over it, but the salesman said no problem.

David: The check form is a Crystal Report form file. You can edit it with Crystal Reports and save the file on those PCs which will print checks. I would also save a copy to a forms folder on the file server. Blackbaud has various types of check forms, you will need to know the form you are using to then find the associated Crystal Report form. Good Luck, Donald Smith

I'm having trouble finding the file. I found the bbrep102DLBlank.rpt in the AFN64\Rpt directory, but this does not seem to be the file I am looking for. Anyone have a lead on what exact filename I should be looking for? I'm using the 7.x Double Stub Laser Checks (Blank Paper). I am running the SQL Server version of Financial Edge 7
