    Too many records excluded

    Hello All,
I am writing a query that I wish to exclude one main action (an invite to an event) which a lot of people were invited to.

I set the condition to exclude the "invite" but I wanted it to take into account any other Actions, is there any way to do this i.e. ignore A but if B is there return it as a positive result. At the moment it will only show results with B and will ignore records with both A & B.

Many thanks in advance and if my ramblings make no sence and you think you can help e-mail me.

I think it would be very complicated to do this in one query but you can do it by merging queries. If I understood your criteria create one query which excludes A. Create a second which finds all with A and B. Merge the 2 together in an OR Merge. Melissa G. Melissa S. Graves Databse Administrator Planned Parenthood of Connecticut [Email Removed] 203-752-2804
