I have written a query that extracts people according to location. However I have asked it to take into consideration the No Mail and Deceased signal and this will include some people who are deceased and with the no mail. Can you please help.

I usually run the basic query through one of the reports, where you can exclude deceased and no mail. I then run the report and create an output query from the report. Once you have the output query the deceased and no mail are usually taken out. You can then pick the other fields you want to see in your output. I always have a problem taking out the deceased, no mail or no address in a query, so I stick to the basic specific criteria of the query then take the other out this way. Hope this makes sense and helps. Brenda Ryther Database Manager Gonzaga Preparatory School
