    I am looking for how other Non-Profits are using the Action Status table. What types of entries are you using in the table and for what purpose? We are trying to decide if we should stay with one or two entries such as Open and Closed; or be more detailed.

    We don not use the Action Status field. We hid it from view and just use the Completed/Not Completed check box. We found the Action Status field to be redundant and cause for confusion amongst our users.
