    Another thought... Do you have the rights on your log-in account in RE to delete and add records? If you do not have full rights, then that might explain it at well.

    Yes, I have full rights (2 person office). I do have a list of the cities on the right, but no matter what I click on the Table Clean up icon does not work....it works on other entries - but not the city Thanks! Julianne
