This is a respone to Barbara's question - problem with my reply button again. Barbara, Maybe I'm not understanding your question, but when I do an export to get the total of 2 gifts, I am able to export the total. I have a donor with a gift of $5,000 on 9/27/00 and $25,000 on 5/15/01....the total on the export field for the letter is $30,000. Is that what your question referred to? Julianne Since the Export module will not export total amount given for the last year that a constituent gave gifts (this has been filed as a suggestion BB74416), how do others get around this? We are trying to send an appeal using the last gift amount in the last 5 years . For example, Joe Brown gave 2 gifts of $50 3 years ago so the letter would state "Thank you for your last gift of $100...". I've had to use the export feature within query in order to get this, but there are up to 5 duplicates per person. If anyone has a work around for this, I'd appreciate your help.
