How do you query to find recordos with beginning letters in lower case for cleanup? When I create the query it pulls cities with correct case as well. Cathy Stone

Cathy, There is a better way to do what your trying. First, go to Config - Fields - and add a check to lookup on any city fields. This will change the city filed to where a drop down of cities will be available, thus eliminating future mistakes or misspellings since staff can select from a list instead the city they want. Second, now your ready to cleanup, change and/or merge cities already in your list. This can all be done nicely from Config - Tables and then highlight City from the list of available tables. To the right you will see a list of cities where you can add, change and correct. Look for an icon labeled Table Cleanup. That's a very handle feature that will assist you. Good Luck! Don That was a great reminder. However after I check off to have City a "Lookup" table and then go to Config/Tables and highlight City (Address City) the Table Cleanup icon is grayed out....maybe I am missing a step?? Thanks Julianne
