I've exported info about an Organization, including each of its Contacts and their phone numbers (Business, Cell, Fax, and E-mail). Then, I want to display these fields in a Crystal Report. Hi Cathy, Phone numbers are always exported in a separate table if you choose output method as BlackBaud Report writer database. Based upon type of phone numbers (Address phone numbers or Business phone numbers) you will get phone numbers in tables CnaddrAll_1ph_1 or CnPrBsAdrPh_1 You can identify phone numbers table as it will certainly have a Ph in name of table.
