I am using Blackbaud in the alumni office of a high school, and I would Like to track where the alumni have attended college. I am wondering if there is a way to set up the Education page so I can enter more than one school attended per constituant... ?

Hi Jessica, I think you can do it through Relationships page: 1) Select your Alumni from the constituent list 2) Select the Relationships page 3) Select Educations/Schools from the "Tree View" in the left side. 4) Add New Education/Schools for Alumni (this will open up the Education page) You can add as many School or College attended by the alumni (Constituent). Hi Jessica- Dinesh is correct. You can do this through the relationships page. However, you will only be able to view the other schools from the relationship tab NOT the education button on the Bio 1 tab. The education button only displays the school marked as the Primary Alumni Information. When I worked at a high school, we always marked our school as the "Primary" so we could view our information from the education button and then entered feeder schools and colleges through the relationships tab.
