    In an attempt to clean up our database, I would like some suggestions as to good Constituent Codes to use. We now use Individual and Corporation - but I understand those are self-explanatory. Do you all use Donor and Potential Donor and Alumni? Just looking for some ideas.

    We use the following constituency codes:
    DONOR
    PROSPECT
    BOD - BOARD OF DIRECTORS
    BOT - BOARD OF TRUSTEES
    MED - MEDICAL STAFF
    HONOR - HONORARIUM
    MEM - MEMORIAL

    That is a few of the constituent codes we use. We are a Non-Profit Organization.
