    We have used Crescendo for over 10 years - we are in Arizona and Crescendo being Calif is close. Several things in their favor - it is an easy program to use, I have called many times asking for help with a specific gift and their legal staff has always been available, and I personally feel that the organization under Charles Schultz is very ethical and Christian in their attitude.
