Sarah, Thanks for the reply. I took a quick look at Caspio and it looks like a neat product. How do you match up the information collected through the Caspio forms with the donation? Is it done by name or can NetDonors accept a unique identifier from the Caspio form? Thanks, Frank

Frank, our system is not quite that organized. We hope to develop a better system in the future but it's our first year working on this event and I've only been at the organization for a month. For now, we just manually match up the names of the registered runners/walkers and teams with an attribute set up through Donor Profiling in NetDonors (I import the donors, run a query on the attribute, and then print it out for reference during batch entry). So far it has been fine but the volume is low. However, it is possible through Caspio to include any of the fields entered in the automated reply so it should be simple to assign an id field.
