The Hearing Loss Association of America, a nonprofit organization with chapters throughout the United States, is seeking a detail oriented individual to assist in keeping accurate databases for the organization. The data entry program assistant will work closely with the director of events, director of membership and development consultant and oversee the work of a receptionist and a program support staff.
Duties include but are not limited to: entering various types of data into system, batching information, running reports, creating queries using Raiser’s Edge database and invoicing.
Required:
· Data Entry Experience
· Accuracy and precision with data entry
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Strong organization skills
· Able to multitask and prioritize workload
· Comfortable working with electronic data
· Raiser’s Edge experience preferred
Qualifications: self-starter who works well under pressure, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines; a team player; and takes pride in a careful work product.
