The Chesapeake Bay Foundation seeks a Data and Systems Analyst in its Philip Merrill Environmental Center headquarters office located in Annapolis, Maryland.

The Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) is the largest regional non-profit conservation organization working solely to save the Bay. Established in 1967, CBF has a staff of approximately 185 employees working in offices in Annapolis and Salisbury, Maryland; Richmond and Norfolk, Virginia; Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; and Washington, D.C., and in 17 field education program locations. CONTEXT OF THE POSITION
The Data and Systems Analyst is responsible for the integrity and validation of Raiser’s Edge data and timely and accurate production of solicitation, acknowledgment, renewal and other data files in support of Development’s fundraising processes. Serves as back-up resource for Raiser’s Edge support and training, and data entry.
Essential Functions include:
1. Data Integrity and Validation
2. Data Pulls for Mailings and Programs
3. Raiser’s Edge Support and Training
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or 3 to 5 years of database experience. Proficient in computer systems, including Raiser’s Edge and MS Office. Advanced knowledge of database systems in a LAN. Thorough knowledge of Development department functions and general knowledge of other CBF department functions. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
