I built a queue 4 years ago when we began using RE7 to run gift acknowledgements each day. The process usually takes a couple of hours with our volume. Recently the merge has taken two to three DAYS to complete even though the transaction volume has been average, and frequently crashes before finishing. I recently upgraded my machines to Office 2007 - which seems to be approximately when the problem began, although I am not 100% sure of the timing. I'm planning to try testing it on a machine that has not been upgraded to 2007 but I'm curious if there are any known compatibility issues.
