Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s degree (or any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities) is required. Master’s degree and/or education in business, marketing, statistics or computer science strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing complex databases, business needs analysis, configuration, data integrity, data analysis, and trouble shooting. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail required, with proven ability to work within deadlines. Candidate must be creative and hard-working, and must possess initiative and willingness to work in a team. He/she must also have excellent customer service skills in conjunction with the ability to balance multiple priorities and requests from across the department. Users will depend on this person to be forward-thinking and identify opportunities for improvement. Significant experience with The Raiser’s Edge in a non-profit environment and full knowledge of Query, Export and Mail functions will be essential.
