We have online giving via NetCommunity/IATS. The online form is very comprehensive (tribute giving, matching gifts, recurring gifts, etc.) so it is more detailed that what you most likely need, but feel free to look at it for ideas:

We do not have the ability to accept EFT's. Recurring gifts are processed once a month via a recurring gift batch.

If you are still looking for more ideas for web donation pages, I suggest looking at the donation pages of web sites of other non-profits in your area and for organizations with a similar missions. We are just launched a new website but are still working on the on-line donation page.  We looked a some other social service orgs in our community - saw things we liked and things we didn't.  We also looked at the pages for other YMCA's, a small one in state and several Y's known to be on cutting edge for fund raising.  Found it very helpful and we borrowed several ideas.  Hope to have ours up soon.
