Anyone out there implement a data entry procedure to track giving from disqualified persons to facilitate easy reporting for disqualified giving on IRS Form 990 Schedule A?

I need to prepare a report soon, but I also would like to incorporate a long-term data entry schema that will allow us to run a annual report quickly.
