Hi all,
I want to make a query that will pull constituents who've made a gift total of $1000 this calaneder year (2009).
Im having trouble with 'pledges and installment payments'.
basically if i have a constituent who made a monthly pledge for a total of $12,000 every month in November 2008 (1000 in 12/01/08, 1000 in 1/1/09 etc) my "Total gifts" (run on October 30th 2009, dynamic) criteria will not pick that up since the initial pledge was made back in 2008.
any tips / hints?

I run a similar pledge for our auditors. Criteria I use:
In Query, go to Summary information,
Total Amount of Gifts, select greater than $999 or greater than or equal to $1000. AND Gift date between 1/1/09 and 12/31/09 AND Gift type one of cash, pay-cash, MG pay-cash, other, other pay-cash, recurring gift pay-cash (select types you need)
Total Amount of Gifts, select greater than $999 or greater than or equal to $1000.
AND Gift date between 1/1/09 and 12/31/09
AND Gift type one of cash, pay-cash, MG pay-cash, other, other pay-cash, recurring gift pay-cash (select types you need)
The gift date and gift type are selected on filter tab for Total amount of gifts.
