I am testing out some membership reports and of course things don't seem to match up. Can anyone give some insight on which ones they find most useful? Also, when you run them do you choose to only include active members or do you include ALL members (active, lapsed, dropped)? No one else in our organization uses RE so, if I run the report and share the information I want to be able to explain what they are looking at.
I have been looking at Membership Dues Report and the Comparative Statistics Report.
How long do you let a membership lapse before you drop that membership?
