This position will assist the IT staff with a wide range of desktop computing efforts on a LAN, including assisting with data management projects using Raisers Edge, troubleshooting and recording hardware and software service calls; configuring, installing, and deploying systems and peripherals; installing, testing, debugging and documenting applications; and writing end-user training materials.  Various work schedules are available.  This is an entry-level position.  You must be willing to learn, have good communications skills, and work well both independently and as part of a team. PHS (The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society), through its membership program, shows, horticultural library and outreach efforts motivates people to improve the quality of life and create a sense of community through horticulture. PHS employs a staff of more than 100 people.  PHS produces the Philadelphia Flower Show, with the proceeds going to our Philadelphia Green program, the largest and most comprehensive urban greening program in the nation.
