    How do you change "donot receipt " field to not receipted on certain constituent records only if i have a query already pulled

    Your message subject and message text as I read them present two different problems. 

    Issue 1:  Do you want to issue one reciept for a particular gift or process consolidated receipts?  Do you want to change 'consolidated receipts' to 'one receipt per gift'? 

    Issue 2: Do you also need to change "do not receipt" to "not receipted"?

    First issue replied to in post that just went - (unsuccessful in retrieving it - so second post...)

    The "receipt/not receipted" is part of gift record, not "constituent" record so you will need a gift query and then will need to run a global change >> gift >> receipt >> change "do not receipt" to "not receipted. 

    Does one of these posts cover your question?

    I wanted ot change the DOnot recipt to not receipt so that I could process my consolidated receipts. Your solution The "receipt/not receipted" is part of gift record, not "constituent" record so you will need a gift query and then will need to run a global change >> gift >> receipt >> change "do not receipt" to "not receipted  did help.
