 Can anyone think of a good way to pull total giving for the last gift date year??  I also need to list out the funds that the gifts were given too and the total amounts to each of the funds given too in the last year of giving.  The Crystal Support Team said they could charge me and write the report for me, however like everywhere the funds are not there to support that option and the user guide was pulled off for the Crystal Reports as well so I can not use that.

I'm a bit confused...do you want Total giving for any Year, a specific year or each gift broken out by fund - they are separate things. Do you understand 1 to many relationships? Last Gift applies to 1 gift it is not a summary function.

If you have a specific year meaning Last Year you can do this easily in Crystal - you would use gift amount and have it run a total on the gift amount in the group footer.
