    LUNGevity Foundation Operations Assistant

    Overview:
    The Operations Assistant is responsible for data entry, organization, and maintenance at LUNGevity Foundation, as well as for the basic administration of the LUNGevity office. Candidates MUST be proficient in data entry, maintenance, and management in Raiser's Edge.

    The Operations Assistant should possess exceptional organizational and data management skills, having demonstrated the ability to:

    • Enter data into computer systems, especially Raiser's Edge and Convio, accurately  and rapidly
    • Maintain an organized and efficient filing system of storage for data and physical inventory
    • Work successfully within a team environment
    • Master database technology
    • Accomplish time-sensitive tasks efficiently
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Sort mail
    • Be willing to accept new responsibilities based on the needs of the organization
    Responsibilities and benchmarks include:·         Processing gifts and other development transactions made via mail, e-mail, online fundraising tools (Convio), phone, and any other channels.·         Maintaining databases (Convio, Raiser's Edge and Auction Maestro Pro) to insure that all data are up-to-date and accurate in a timely manner.·         Resolving duplicate files in both databases weekly.·         Receiving, tracking, and maintaining physical inventory of in-kind gifts.·         Maintaining file system for gifts.·         Running, processing, and mailing letters from Raiser’s Edge every Tuesday and Thursday.·         Collecting and distributing office mail on the day received, including sorting, labeling, and filing all Operations Department mail.·         Answering office phone, taking messages from office voicemail, and directing phone calls and messages.

    Compensation and Benefits:
