We have recently implemented netcommunity and have run into a reconciling issue with our forms that are processed through authorize.net. Currently the authorize.net confirmation emails that we receive have an alpha numeric description field that does not associate it with a netcommunity form. Has anyone else run into this issue and have you figured out how to edit the netcommunity form so that the authorize.net description field displays the description of the form that was used? We have multiple donation and event forms and it would make it much easier to determine which transactions are for which forms before they go into batch. We are familar with pulling all these things through RE, but our accountant prefers to be on real time with the authorize.net transactions. Blackbaud's repsonse is to file a suggestion.
