Henry,
I believe this will get you what you are looking for:
You will need to create a new constituent query.
Near the bottom of the list of available criteria is "Summary Information." Select that, then select "Total Number of Gifts." In the box that opens select "greater than or equal to" and in the next box put "2." This will create a list of everyone giving 2 or more gifts.
To filter it to specific funds, click the 'filter' tab on this same box. Go all the way down to the main heading "funds" where you can select 'fund ID' or 'fund description." In the box that opens select "equals" and your fund if you are looking for gifts to just one fund. If you are looking for 2 or more gifts to either of 2 funds in any combination, select the operator of "one of" and then select your funds.
If you have entered $0.00 amount gifts for those who declined to give/cancelled or whatever, you should also add a criteria in this filter of "gift information" >> "gift amount" >>"greater than" >"$0.00". If you do not want to count each installment a person paid as a gift, you can filter on "gift type" and choose only gift types of 'pledge' or 'cash' etc.
I think that should generate the list you are looking for. The query may have duplicate rows if you have installment payments, use the query to export a list without duplicates.
Oops, forgot to list the other criteria. When setting up the filters on the filter tab, also select "gift date" and "this calendar year". Sorry, didn't get it typed before I hit post. :-)
