Does anyone out there share the RE with another department? If so, how do you deal with duplicate records, financial information, etc.

We are a school as well. We do not share access to RE with any other department. If other staff/departments need information from RE, they contact the Institutional Advancement office and make a request for the data or whatever they need (labels, email lists, etc). The database for the rest of the college is Colleague. I should add that the money that comes into the college goes into a separate Foundation account not the college's account so there isn't a need for the business office to access RE at all.
