Re: How Do You Use The Forums?

I really just log in every day and go through all the posts since the day before. If I can answer, I answer. If I have a question/problem, I search for an answer. If I can't find an answer, I post. I use the forums as much for answers to my problems as to look for a new way of doing business as well as a head's up on any issues. Just adding this since I couldn't choose multiple answers. :-)

Thanks, Laura!  I tried to cover every contingency, but I figured there'd be at least a few people who wouldn't fit every one of those scenarios Stick out tongue  Glad to hear you're so active on the Forums Smile

       All of the above

-- much the same as Laura -- Read what has been posted, learn from others even before I have a problem, answer others posts when I can and start threads if i have been unable to find an answer to my questions.

    C, D and E :-)

Will find answers to my questions, help others when I can, and read to learn about many aspects of RE that I didn't know about as a new user and even now with some experience I pick up tips and info.

I do a little of everything.  I read what other people ask and if I have an answer, I submitt one.  I often post new questions.  I do feel the original forum was more user friendly.  When I returned from medical leave everything had changed.

Re: How Do You Use The Forums?

Whenever I want to solve a problem or research what other people are doing.  Unfortunately, I seldom find what I need.  I have posted a question a couple times and would conclude the results were mixed.  I just posted a question and am anxious to see the response.

I like the idea of keeping up with postings on a daily basis....but I can't even find time to research an existing question much less browse.  It would also be distracting to a type A personality!
