Is anyone in a hosted environment with Blackbaud?  We just recently converted and have been having issues and this was the "solution" to my problem.  - To chat about it in a forum.....

Any thoughts?

My thought is that chatting about in the forum is totally unacceptable.

I suggest that you contact your sales rep and ask to have someone who can really help you, give you a call.

BTW, we use NETMAIL & soon will use NETDONOR. No major problems.

Hi Jennifer.  We were recently contacted by our rep letting us know that they have cut their prices on the On Demand hosting service, to the point where we are now considering it.  I'm trying to gather some information from current users to see what their experience has been like, so I'm curious whether you were able to get your issues resolved.

Wow, I came across this and am wondering if you can give me an update.  We are not currently hosted but that question has come up so it is something we could consider.  I am wondering how you feel now and how it is all working for you?  Please advise!

Hi, we are currently working to convert from another system to fully hosted Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge and NetCommunity.  One thing to note that we just discovered is that in a hosted environment you cannot use the Queue product to schedule printing and emailing of reports.  I don't believe this is clearly documented anywhere.  Also, if you need to store documents in your RE system, PaperSave is the only solution for converting documents from another system to Blackbaud.
