    individual Prospect Strategies - Where to store and track them.

    We have a new major gift team and they have asked that we create 3, 6, 9, 12, and 18 month strategies for their assigned prospects. We are using the proposals and actions to track individual actions. Does anyone else create these type of strategies and if so how/where do you manage them.
