I have a Volunteer Library linked to a Thon.  I want to include the Position / Location / Timeslot in the confirmation email, which already includes the volunteer's contact info by default.  I can't get it to work!  Help.  Thanks!

Hi Amanda-

You can setup advanced Volunteer confirmation emails for Friends Asking Friends (KinteraThon).

1. Go to the website info checklist for your event.
2. Go to Event Text.
3. Scroll down to "Simple Confirmation Setup" "Volunteer Thank You."
4. Click on the "Advanced Confirmation Setu" link.
5. Edit the email contents.  The WYSIWYG editor will be pulled up.
6. Click on the little can with "EF" (Event Fields) on it.  In the list, you will see merge fields for the: Volunteer Project Name,Volunteer Position,Volunteer Location, Volunteer Time.
7. You can place these fields in the content of your email confirmation
