We have a wide variety of letters in our mail/receipts tab. For reasons I can't understand, some will print to the right printer tray and some won't. ie) We have an event that runs every Sept. and when I go through the process to print those receipts (which can be 100s of receipts), the letters print properly to our letterhead tray. However, our general receipts, which I run all year round, will not print to that tray. I've tried changing the settings in Word but the letters simply will not print to Tray 2, if I change the setting to Manual, Word accepts the change and I'm able to print the letters manually. The problem is that many people use this printer and as often as not, somebody else's work gets printed on my letterhead which is irritating for me and for the other person as well. Is there a setting in RE I need to change? I would say that we have about 25 different receipt letters and 10 or more of those will not print to the letterhead tray. Often, because it is such an aggravation for me and my co-workers, I will come in during off hours (before 8 am, after 6 pm or weekends) and do all my receipts then because I can just stick a stack of paper in the manual tray and, regardless of which tray my receipts are being run from, I'll get receipts that come out on letterhead. Not a 'work around' that I enjoy!
Does your printer have job storage? You can store your printing job on a printer.

I had this same very frustrating problem. This is the fix in Word 2007:
